// hosted observability

Observability without
the operational burden.

Monitor logs, traces, metrics, and service health in one easy-to-use hosted platform. Connect with OpenTelemetry in 60 seconds—no proprietary agent, fragmented toolchain, or complex stack to run.

60 sec from signup to first signal
3 signals logs, traces, and metrics
1 workspace search, dashboards, and alerts
$0 to start, no card required
// built for a small team

Powerful enough for production.
Clear enough to use every day.

You should not need a dedicated observability team to understand your own application. Telemtra keeps the core debugging workflows together in a clean interface.

// less stack, more signal

Stop assembling the toolchain before you can debug.

Logs in one product, metrics in another, traces in a third, and dashboards on top creates flexibility—but also setup, query languages, credentials, integrations, and places to look during an incident.

Telemtra gives small engineering teams one hosted backend and one UI for the workflows they use most. OpenTelemetry keeps the data portable underneath it.

  • Separate log, trace, and metric stores
  • Multiple query languages and credentials
  • Cross-product correlations to maintain
  • More infrastructure before the first answer

  • One OTLP endpoint
  • One workspace for every signal
  • Built-in correlations, alerts, and service map
  • A clean path from symptom to cause
// simple by design

Three decisions instead of thirty.

Keep the open standard. Remove the backend work.

01

One ingestion standard

Send OTLP from official OpenTelemetry SDKs or the Collector. No Telemtra-specific agent and no instrumentation rewrite.

02

One workspace

Move from a slow trace to its logs, metrics, service map, dashboard, or alert without switching products or query systems.

03

One setup path

Create a workspace, copy an API key, and change the OTLP endpoint. Your first signal can arrive in about a minute.

// point OTLP here

Keep your instrumentation. Change the destination.

Use the same environment variables supported by OpenTelemetry SDKs and the Collector.

A UI your team can navigate
before the incident is over.

Real screens from Telemtra—not a conceptual dashboard. Inspect traces, metrics, and logs without leaving the workspace.

Telemtra trace waterfall: POST Services/pageable with four spans, plus a span detail panel showing duration, status, HTTP attributes, and service info
Traces - waterfall, span detail, HTTP and service attributes from real OpenTelemetry data.
Telemtra metric detail panel for process.cpu.utilization with a time series chart, latest value 0.03 percent, and source service hostmetrics
Metrics - gauges, sums, and histograms with attribute grouping and one-click alert creation.
Telemtra log event detail showing an ERROR severity TLS 1.2 message from host ARTISOFTSRV with structured event.id, event.channel, and event.provider attributes
Logs - structured search and a detail panel with severity, distributed tracing IDs, and every attribute parsed at ingest.
// start with a real workload

What is hosted observability?

Hosted observability gives you a managed place to collect, search, visualize, and alert on application logs, traces, and metrics. Telemtra operates the backend so your team does not have to run separate storage, dashboard, and alerting systems.

Do I need to use OpenTelemetry already?

No. You can start with an OpenTelemetry SDK or Collector when you create your workspace. If you already use OpenTelemetry, keep your existing instrumentation and point its OTLP endpoint at Telemtra.

Does Telemtra require a proprietary agent?

No. Telemtra accepts standard OTLP over HTTP and gRPC. Use official OpenTelemetry SDKs and the OpenTelemetry Collector, so your instrumentation stays portable.

Can I monitor logs, performance, and services together?

Yes. Logs, traces, and metrics share one workspace alongside dashboards, alerts, APM views, and a service map derived from distributed traces.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes 1 GB of ingest per month, 7-day retention, 3 services, and 3 alert rules. No credit card is required to start.
